Justin Lambert

Justin Lambert’s construction career spans more than four decades, beginning as a young jobsite gopher and progressing into a seasoned Project Engineer on heavy civil, marine, and vertical federal projects. His drive to learn led him to earn a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he built a strong problem-solving foundation and a mission-focused mindset. He served the Government both on Active Duty and later as a short-term GS employee with USACE, earning multiple credentials required for Contracting Officer qualification. Still, the pull toward entrepreneurship remained strong, and today, as the owner of TLL Enterprises, Justin draws on this broad experience to help contractors navigate the complex demands of federal construction and the FAR..
