Tailored for Federal Contractors
Designed for federal construction contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and administrative staff who need clear guidance on compliance, documentation, and successful project execution with the goal of navigating he the wickets needed for quick payment.
Flexible Learning Options
Organized from the most critical topics to the least urgent, the curriculum enables contractors to quickly find the information they need to complete their current task, while still encouraging full course completion as time allows.
About the Course
Throughout the course, participants learn to recognize common pitfalls and landmines that frequently arise during contract execution. Significant emphasis is placed on the Daily Report, as required by the FAR it is often one of the most powerful tools a contractor overlooks. Used correctly, it becomes an opportunity to begin building the foundation of a future modification, equitable adjustment or claim long before negotiations begin.
About the Creator
Justin Lambert’s construction career spans more than four decades, beginning as a young jobsite gopher and progressing into a seasoned Project Engineer on heavy civil, marine, and vertical federal projects. His drive to learn led him to earn a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he built a strong problem-solving foundation and a mission-focused mindset. He served the Government both on Active Duty and later as a short-term GS employee with USACE, earning multiple credentials required for Contracting Officer qualification. Still, the pull toward entrepreneurship remained strong, and today, as the owner of TLL Enterprises, Justin draws on this broad experience to help contractors navigate the complex demands of federal construction and the FAR.

Discover how our course is transforming the way federal contractors approach government projects.
I’ve relied on Justin for years, and his guidance has consistently saved us time and money. Now that he’s sharing this knowledge through these courses, I couldn’t be more enthusiastic. Whether you’re experienced or new to federal work, I’d highly recommend any class he offers.
Sr. PM, PCiRoads LLC, St. Micheal, MN
Mr. Lambert does an exceptional job teaching this topic and is extremely well received by our members. This class [AGC STP] is consistently in extreme high demand and every class we have approximately 10% of the attendees fly in from all over the world..
Safety Director, AGC of Minnesota
I took the QCS version of the RMS course and the Contract Administration class years ago in a classroom setting, and they cut through the confusion of federal construction work. The contract admin modules showed exactly how to manage pay apps, modifications, and daily documentation on federal projects. I’m excited to take the Modifications and Claims course next, because the information Justin presents is always practical, applicable, and well worth your time.

The Project Manager, [TLL Staffing] constantly looked ahead to correct issues or mitigate scheduling before they became problems or even before the COR was aware of potential problem and was able to work effectively without the need for detailed COR intervention
